Beautiful and newly renovated studio on third floor of renovated art deco building. Balcony with wonderful sea views to enjoy while having your breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks. Brand new kitchen with granite top with microwave and conventional oven, two rings hob, toaster and kettle and washing machine. Wet room with granite sink and opio grey tiles, sunken lights, mirror and heated towel rail. Two large wardrobes and chest of drawers. Large sofa bed, two small tables and four chairs. The flat is painted with beige colours and is decorated with taste. The flooring is in teak. There are electrical blinds at window and French doors. Air conditioning has been installed for those warmer months. The windows and French door are double glazed. The ideal location of the flat offers fantastic sun sets, lovely walks on the beach and water front as well as convenient food shopping, bars and restaurants. Golfe Juan is very near Antibes and Juan les Pins in the east and Cannes in the west

Golfe-Juan is a lovely French seaside resort between Antibes/Juan les pins and Cannes. On March 1st 1815 Napoleon 1er landed there on his return from the Island of Elba to end up being defeated at Waterloo ! The village is very friendly and lively all year round and has many restaurants on the sea front and harbour as well as two lovely beaches on each side. There is also a theatre by the sea where you can go to concerts. A ferry awaits you in the harbour to go and spend the day on the lovely island of Lérins just opposite Cannes. The train station is only five minutes walk and very convenient if you do not want to use a car. Cannes, Juan les Pins, Antibes, Nice, Menton and Monaco are very easy to visit by train. Even Italy is not very far if you fancy travelling a little further....
