Situated between the prestigious Malone and Lisburn Roads it makes an ideal base for exploring Belfast city and the surrounding countryside. The property has been furnished and maintained to a very high standard and provides every comfort for a relaxing and enjoyable break. Situated in the south of the city in Belfast's most desirable residential location the property is within easy walking distance of the nearest bus stop, railway halt and the bustling Lisburn Road with its fashionable designer boutiques, trendy restaurants, cafes and wine bars. A car is not necessary as there are good public transport services and local taxis. For golf enthusiasts Malone Golf Club is a five minute drive away whilst Balmoral Golf Club is within walking distance! The Lisburn Road provides a host of eateries to choose from with eat-in or take-away options available.

We stayed at this property in March 2009 when we came to Belfast for a Wedding. It is an excellent house, well situated in a pleasant area & easily accessed with local shops nearby. The property is modern, spotlessly clean & very well equipped - all that we needed was there. If we came back to Belfast, we would definitely return to this property & I can recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in this City.

This is an excellent property for many reasons. Extremely clean. A super location if you are planning to travel outside of Belfast as it is located within 5 minutes of Mortorway. It is great to have such a complete kitchen so that snacking is not a problem. Comfortable beds and great water pressure. I would recommenmd this Townhouse to any Family with older teenager or young adults going to Ireland.

Ideally located in Belfast, close to public transport and also within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The house was modern and comfortable, well equipped and home from home. The owner of the property was very accommodating and helpful with the information they provided.
