Prcanj is a picturesque waterfront village about 10 minutes drive from the historic town of Kotor. This top floor apartment with high ceilings has stunning views of Kotor Bay. It is within a recently built development of similar apartments, with a gated entrance, secure parking and a communal swimming pool with sunbathing terraces. This apartment is an ideal base to explore the local area or simply sit by the pool or swim in the sea which is only a very short walk away. There are cafes, restaurants, small shops and a bakery in the village. The wonderful Splendido Hotel is ten minutes walk away. Prcanj makes an ideal base from which to explore the many historical sites and the outstanding natural beauty of the area.

The local bus stop is 70m from apartment and will take you to all of the main coastal areas of interest.

The living room has stunning sea and mountain views and has large patio doors out to the balcony. It has a double sofabed, a two seater sofa, an armchair, occasional tables, reading lamps, dining table with 4 chairs, TV and DVD player. A dry cleaners and launderette (called Limili) can be found on the coastal road as you enter Kotor.

Apartment Tre Sorelle: The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has stair access. There is a shared swimming pool with terraces for sun bathing. There is private parking and security gates at the entrance to the property. Only 70 meters from nearest pebble beach. All types of water sports are available. Other Montenegro beaches - 20 min drive to the famous Jaz, Trsteno, 30 min drive to the beaches of the walled town of Budva, 40 min drive to the iconic island of Sveti Stefan and Petrovac beaches.

Flights to Montenegro: The apartment is easily accessible from international airports at Tivat 15mins, Dubrovnik 90 mins and Podgorica 90 mins. Transfers from Tivat, Dubrovnik (Cilipi-Croatia) and Podgorica can be arranged on booking. Tivat Airport has direct flights from London Heathrow every Saturday, flights to Dubrovnik Airport from Dublin and London Gatwick and UK flights to Belgrade and then on to Porgorica
