Villa Esclarcido is a beautiful traditional French villa, tastefully decorated in the traditional Provencal style. The living and dining room areas open onto a garden terrace and the swimming pool. There is an outside dining area with barbeque and a modern outdoor seating area. The pool area is very private and peaceful, with superb views of the surrounding mountains and hills. The garden, with its beautiful trees and flowering plants enhances the beauty of this super villa. This villa is ideal for two families sharing. There is also a separate studio for an au pair, driver,cook or butler. And if you fancy a game of tennis, the court is all yours.

This villa is located in a quiet residential area near to Vence and St Paul de Vence. Vence offers many shops, art galleries, museums and restaurants, and it's famous 'Les Nuits du Sud', summer musical concerts which host various international artists, providing memorable summer nights out. Vence has three large supermarkets, a cinema and a traditional French atmosphere. Vence is also home to Matisse'schapel. St Paul de Vence is just 2 km from the villa, famous for it's artists and art galleries and the Colombe D'Or Hotel and Restaurant, once frequented by Picasso and the legendary French acto Yves Montand. Nice and Cannes are ideal for shopping and sight-seeing, as are the other medieval villages close by like Tourrettes sur Loup, Antibes and Eze. Italy is just a 45 minute drive away. The French Riviera is animated with open air concerts, jazz festivals and sunny beaches.

  • There is a charge of 30 euros per person per stay for linen and towels, electricity, water, napkins.
    Also a cleaning charge of 250 euros at the end of your stay.

    If cleaning is needed during your stay, the cleaning lady is available at 15 euros per hour.
  • A security/breakages deposit of 2000 euros is required.
    This is returned to you two /three weeks after your stay.
  • Baby sitting can be arranged on request
    Catering can be arranged on request.
    A gardener and pool man come once a week on a Wednesday.

Notes: The villa is on two levels. There is a large living area, with adequate seating. Plenty of comfort.French doors open onto the outside terrace and pool area. The villa is also ideal for two families sharing, or two couples. Plenty of space. Kitchen is fully equipped. The outside eating area is ideally located between the pool area and the kitchen.
