  Prices based on six people sharing. This property is available to rent all year. changeover days are normally Saturdays but can be varied in negotiation, ask for details. Discounts for 4 weeks or over.
  * SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is euros 500 for a rental. Your security deposit is fully refundable by bank transfer or cash within days after your departure provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of the agreement are met. Renter is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear.
  PLEASE NOTE ONE PERSON IN YOUR PARTY MUST BE OVER 23 YEARS OLD.
  
  No Smoking inside property
• The rental price of the villa will include: * CLEANING: The apartment will have been cleaned fully on arrival and will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes are done and put away, and the apartment is left in a tidy and orderly manner. The apartment will be in perfect condition upon your arrival and maintained in such condition. We can arrange a supermarket purchase by internet and additional cleaning service at your cost, please advise if you require this • All utilities, gas, water, electricity heating, taxes and arbitrary fees pertaining to the house. • The use of the whole apartment and communal gardens for a maximum of 6 people.
• Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made by the person who signed the booking form, in writing by recorded delivery, registered post or fax, and shall take effect upon the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
  
  Cancellation Charges: If you cancel your holiday, you will be charged in accordance with the following scale:
  Outside 56 days of arrival date 20% charge
  Between 56 days and 42 days 30% charge
  Between 41 days and 28 days 40% charge
  Between 27 days and 14 days 50% charge
  Between 13 days and 7 days 70% charge
  Between 6 days and arrival 100% charge
  
  Cancellation charges are based on the total holiday cost. Cancellation charges are sometimes reclaimable on your insurance policy. Name changes are considered as an amendment.
