The property comprises 1 double master bedroom en suite, 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom, separate laundry and a beautiful combined living/dining area with luxury kitchen. A fully glazed front provides an airy light environment whilst underfloor heating ensures cosy winter nights. The location, only 1 hour from London or the South coast beaches provides the perfect opportunity to either 'get away from it all' or as a central base to explore many of the world-famous sites of Southern England such as Stonehenge or New Forest. The farm is managed for conservation and provides the opportunity for observing wildlife, including barn owls right outside the door. Walking or off-road cycling routes are accessible from the doorstep. An idyllic quiet setting.

The barn is approximately 1/2 half hour drive from from beautiful cathedral towns of Salisbury and Winchester or the traditional market towns of Marlborough, Hungerford or Newbury. Oxford, Bath and London are around 1 hours drive. Visit the famous archaeological sights of Stonehenge, Avebury or Danebury Ring or the New Forest National Park.Visit the seaside resorts or the naval dockyards in Portsmouth (with HMS Victory and the Mary Rose) and the motor museum at Beaulieu. The surrounding rolling farmland provides an ever-changing backdrop for the perfect holiday. A network of chalk streams including the famous River Test meander through the area providing the ideal environment for outdoor activities. Local social life centres on many welcoming local pubs with great choices of eating options

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of £250 is payable at the time of booking. £100 will be credited to the cost of the holiday and £150 will be retained as a Breakage deposit to cover the cost of any damages. This will be fully refunded within 1 week of the end of your holiday after inspection less any explained charges.
    The full cost of the holiday must be paid 4 weeks before the date of the holiday. If it is not paid, the property may be re-let.
    If full payment is not made, the deposit is lost.
    If you have to cancel after making full payment, we will make a full refund less deposit only if we manage to re-let the property at full rate.
    We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euros.
