Fabulous architect designed modern villa in peaceful area just 1km to the old town of Javea. The villa is on a flat plot of 2600m2 with landscaped gardens which has sun on it all day. There are outdoor seating areas for sun and for shade plus terrace furniture and sun loungers. There is a BBQ area, parking for 4 cars. The master suite is upstairs and has an ensuite bathroom and 2 private sun terraces with sea views. On the ground floor the villa has 1 twin room and 1 double bedroom sharing a bathroom. At garden level there is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and leads directly out to the garden. The villa is just 1 km to the old town of Javea with traditional non-touristy restaurants an bars. There is a large supermarket just a 5 minute drive away and Javea Port and beach are 10 minutes away by car.

One hour from Valencia´s world famous Oceanographic.
