White Pearl Beach - on Don Carlos beach - 160 m² luxury apartment with 2 terraces (a terrace to the ocean, the other with a view of the park/pool area). The complex is attended to 24 hours and is very well-maintained. The ocean is 1 minute away by foot. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with separate bathroom, a large kitchen, a separate laundry room, a living room with fireplace, a large entry way, an underground car park, etc. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. There are 2 pools in the park - one of which is heated year-round. The area is very quiet - no construction or traffic.
