The residence is located in a sought-after and quiet area of Juan les Pins, only 7 min. walk to the lively centre with its large choice of restaurants, bars, discos, fashion shops, beautiful sandy beaches and numerous sport and leisure activities. Situated on the 2nd floor, the apartment is extremely inviting, with bright and spacious rooms that are all comfortably furnished. There is a good level of equipment such as air-conditioning in the bedrooms, electric shutters, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment opens out onto 2 large and sunny terraces, and all of the rooms have access to one of these terraces.They are equipped with sunloungers and dining equipment, and offer a very pleasant place to relax. From these terraces, there is a beautiful view onto the large park of the residence and onto the Mediterranean Sea with the Lerins Islands and the Esterel mountains in the background.

Juan les Pins is located on the other side of Cap d'Antibes. All along the cap and in Juan les Pins itself, you find beautiful sandy beaches. Every year in July, Juan les Pins organizes a great Jazz festival, as this was the place where jazz arrived to Europe, with famous guests like Louis Armstrong, Sidney Bechet, Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie, etc. In the summer, Juan les Pins offers a full range of activities, with numerous water sports, restaurants and shops, a casino, discos and piano bars, etc. It is also a great 'meeting 'place, with plenty of entertaining places to have fun till late at night. Off season, the town is more quiet, with only local people and a few tourists from Northern countries, who particularly appreciate the mild climate.

Wonderful apartment

This is a large 2 bedroom apartment (1 ensuite) with two enormous balconys. 5 minute pleasant stroll to the promenade. We stayed here with our 6 month old baby girl and the facilities are perfect. Very safe. Secure underground parking.
The site is a very large area containing a 9 building group of apartment blocks with a large swimming pool/tennis court/play area in the centre. Despite the large amount of apartments the place is very private. I think many of the apartments are second homes for French nationals (like the apartment we stayed in) which meant that even though we were there in July alot of the apartments were empty, so the residential area itself wasn't very busy.
The view from the apartment is beautiful.
The apartment is also a wonderful place as a centre for day trips - we went to Cannes, Nice and Antipes on 3 different days, all of which are very close.

There were very few other English speakers in the apartments, which is no bad thing perhaps. Certainly there was no drunken, boisterous undesirables of any nationality in the apartments (or in Juan les Pans for that matter).

This apartment was perfect for my small family, and myself and my wife can be hard to please.
