Built right on the sea front, within 10 hectares of luxuriant gardens, this beautiful estate includes a huge and magnificent pool. A little pedestrian path leads directly to the sandy beach, situated only 100m away. Some restaurants, cafés and a supermarket are located just next to the property. The lively town-centre of Juan les Pins with its casino, discos, numerous restaurants, bars and fashion shops, are situated about 20 min. walk away. The apartment is located on the ground floor and opens out onto a nice private terrace/garden. The rooms are bright and decorated with brand new and comfortable furniture of modern style. This holiday apartment is ideal for a little family with children, who will appreciate the large pool and park, as well as the close proximity to the beach.

Juan les Pins is located on the other side of Cap d'Antibes. All along the cap and in Juan les Pins itself, you find beautiful sandy beaches. Every year in July, Juan les Pins organizes a great Jazz festival, as this was the place where jazz arrived to Europe, with famous guests like Louis Armstrong, Sidney Bechet, Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie, etc. In the summer, Juan les Pins offers a full range of activities, with numerous water sports, restaurants and shops, a casino, discos and piano bars, etc. It is also a great 'meeting 'place, with plenty of entertaining places to have fun till late at night. Off season, the town is more quiet, with only local people and a few tourists from Northern countries, who particularly appreciate the mild climate.
