The villa consists of 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room, 2 twin rooms, shower room and bathroom. Lounge-diner, open-plan kitchen with hob, extractor, fridge-freezer and microwave. TV/DVD. Outdoor dining table and chairs and off-street gated parking The villa is a short drive to Javea´s sandy beach, port and town areas.

  • If you are travelling with children we can help you with some extras to make your stay more comfortable. We will collect from the hire shop free of charge and arrange for the following equipment to be at the villa. Please be sure to book well in advance especially in mid, high and peak seasons as items are limited so you may find the equipment is not available.

  • There is no security deposit. We use a secure booking engine which charges a non-refundable 30 euro damage insurance and and 12 euro booking fee.

    End of stay cleaning fee 150€.
  • Keys will be at the property in a secure keybox. If you need a keyholder to meet you and take you to the property, there will be a charge of 30€.

    - Check-in after 3 pm, check-out at 10 am. Earlier check-in or late check-out subject to availability.
