Pretty, finca style, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room villa situated on a flat plot in the Valls area of Javea. The villa is all on one level with great views of Montgo mountain and the valley. The lounge has beamed ceilings and a fireplace there is an equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 single sofa bed, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. Outside you will find a covered terrace for al fresco dining, the private garden with lighting and an 8 x 4m pool. The villa also has central heating, air conditioning and private parking. The villa is a short drive to Javea´s sandy beach, port and town areas. Car recommended.

  • If you are travelling with children we can help you with some extras to make your stay more comfortable. We will collect from the hire shop free of charge and arrange for the following equipment to be at the villa. Please be sure to book well in advance especially in mid, high and peak seasons as items are limited so you may find the equipment is not available.

  • There is no security deposit. I use a secure booking engine which charges a non-refundable 30 euro damage insurance and and 12 euro booking fee.
  • Keys will be at the property in a secure keybox. If you need a keyholder to meet you and take you to the property, there will be a charge of 30€.

    - Check-in after 3 pm, check-out at 10 am. Earlier check-in or late check-out subject to availability.
