Vicolo Cellini, first floor (no lift): Charming Studio on two levels situated in a XVIII century building, in the heart of Rome. Close to Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori, ten minutes walk from Spanish steps. Every sight of importance in the city is within walking distance.The apartment, completely renovated, is equipped with all modern comfort. The studio can fit up to 3 people and consists of a bedroom with corner kitchen, bath in suite with shower, and a 'soppalco' with one extra bed, linens and towels are provided. Kitchen fully equipped with all necessary cooking supplies, electric stove, microwave oven. Corner kitchen: hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, iron & board, toaster, coffee maker. TV, air conditioning, house linen and towels (weekly change). Excluded pets & animals Payment: 30% in account, the remaining amount cash upon arrival. Security deposit: EURO 200. Telephone is not available. Electricity charged on consumption.
