Superb detached villa set over 2 floors with Private pool. On the ground floor is an open plan living room / dining Room with Air con TV with satellite System (several English speaking channels), from the living room is a Terrace which over looks the private swimming Pool (8 meters x 4 meters). Kitchen with main alliances utility room with washing machine. twin bedroom (2 singles) plus shower room on the first floor is the master bedroom with air con and terrace overlooking pool , Family Bathroom plus another twin bedroom there is also a roof top solarium . the villa is very comfortable with modern furnishing, off street parking. Local bars and restaurants cafes supermarket bank etc all within 5 - 7 minutes walk. Closest beaches are at La Zenia Campoamor and Cabo Roig all can be reached within 5 minutes drive in the car.
