This brand new luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is located on the development of Regina Gardens in Tombs of the Kings area and is ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation or a fun filled holiday. This first floor modern apartment is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. The lounge has English and Norweigian Sat TVand DVD with stylish soft leather furnishings and a pull down sofa bed which sleeps 2 persons comfortably. It comprises of two double bedrooms one with en suite shower room and the other bedroom has a full en suite bathroom. There is air conditioning throughout for your comfort and view to the pool from the lounge balcony which includes a dining table for 6, where you can enjoy your morning breakfast or your al fresco dinner, and sea views from the bedroom's balcony with low seating. This apartment is located just off the Tomb of the Kings Road and is located within walking distance to the restaurants and bars where you can sit and enjoy local cuisine and wine. Visit the ancient town centre of Paphos with its lovely winding streets and vibrant market or the harbour with its many fishing boats and open air fish restaurants. Whilst a car is not really needed to get around it is advisable if you want to visit some of the many historic sites, play a round or two of golf, visit other towns like Limassol and Larnaca or any of the other attractions of this wonderful Island. With superb all year round weather it is easy to see why so many people love Cyprus and come back year after year.

    Changeover dates are entirely flexible,
    Check-out is before 10am and arrival is after 2pm however times can be changed as long as it is agreed in advance.
    A set of bed linen, towels and air conditioning are all provided in the price.
    A non refundable 25% or €100 (which ever is the higher) deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is to be paid in full no later than 3 months prior to arrival.
    A €200.00 security deposit is required with the balance and will be refunded in full at the end of the stay providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival.

This One Is As Good As It Looks!

This property exceeded our expectations. It is exactly as described but is also spacious and very comfortably appointed.

We recommend taking advantage of the airport transfer option which we found particularly friendly and helpful - we were given a very useful tour on the way in, together with lots of information and tips to help us enjoy our stay.

The pool is well maintained and is a good size and depth, allowing for a variety of swimming abilities. This is the focal point of the complex and is perfect for children.

The 2 balconies - one overlooking the pool, the other looking out to sea - are fantastic.

There is a 24 hour shop a few minutes' walk away for basics and a wide choice of restaurants along the main road, also within walking distance. The restaurants are eager for your custom and it is worth looking out for special deals. We particularly enjoyed Martelli and Great Olympus on the main road, and Poseidon in the Harbour. Fat Mama's on the main road is also worth a visit, especially for young families, very lively and good fun.

The local beach is a 10 minute walk away and there is also the municipal beach with a recently completed coastal path leading to the harbour.

Many facilities are within walking distance of the apartment, and there is also a regular bus service to help you explore a wider area. However, we would recommend car hire for exploring in the hills and along the coastline to the north (Polis, Pomos Point), and to the east (Pissouri). We also found Pissouri beach to be particularly friendly and good for water-sports. Cafes and restaurants also seemed to be cheaper away from the tourist hotspots in Kato Paphos.

The service we received was friendly, professional and prompt at all times.

We would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic Apartment!

Like the previous reviewer the apartment exceeded both our expectations on every level and the photographs really do not do justice to the size and space available. The apartment has been furnished with very tasteful quality furniture throughout,the tableware,crockery,glasses and pans are also of a high standard.Both the bedrooms have a/c and are large and airy with bags of storage space...even for my wife!!! The apartment was spotlessly clean and because it is new everything is perfect.

The pool balcony is great for dining al fresco and it also has two sun loungers.The front balcony enjoys sea views and has lovely comfy furniture to watch the sun go down from.

It is set on a quiet residential development with a few bars and restaurants approx 10 minutes walk away.The main Paphos Harbour would be a 30 minute walk away but the buses run along the main road about 150 meters away and run every 10 minutes. Laonas in the Old town near the market was the best traditional 'Meze' meal I had.The owner and the cook both come out and introduce themselves which is a nice touch....please note they only open on a Tuesday and Friday night.


If you prefer eating in you could not pick a better apartment to do it in.The cooker and oven are very good and there is a large fridge.The only thing missing that I would add would be a microwave.

The owner was very prompt and professional and always responded quickly to any questions I had .The bond was also returned the day after we arrived home!

I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone as you will not be disappointed .As soon as I can get my flights sorted for next year I will be booking again.
