DIRECTIONS FROM ST PANCRAS & KINGS CROSS
From Kings Cross, go into the underground station and take 'Northern Line' direction north. The Northern Line splits when traveling north, so take direction towards 'High Barnet', shown on the overhead displays. This will take you directly to West Finchley without changing and is very convenient, where you get off.
MAKING A BOOKING
A deposit of £200 is required to make a booking, which is returned to you when you leave, less the cleaning charge (this charge is shown on the website). Payment of the deposit secures the apartment for you. The process is as follows: · As soon as you confirm that you wish to proceed with a booking, email me to let me know confirming your dates and the agreed price. · I will send you my banking details for transfer of the deposit. · You have 2 days to transfer the deposit. Please let me know if you are late in making the payment as you may lose the booking. · As soon as you have informed me that you have made the transfer I will hold the booking for the next few days until the funds arrive in my account.
SMOKING POLICY
Please Note: Smoking inside the property is strictly forbidden. However, if you wish to smoke, this can be done at the front of the property, or if you are in the Ground Floor apartment this can be done in the garden. Anyone found smoking in the property will be evicted immediately without return of the deposit.
