Set on the edge of Magomadas village, in almost a hectare of olive grove and with a lovely view over open countryside down to the sea, our well designed and equipped villa makes a lovely spot for a tranquil holiday. While being secluded you are still only a few minutes drive from the coast and from the old town of Bosa. our newly built, villa is set in a hill in a tranquil olive grove. On the edge of Magomadas village, it is possible to walk to the nearest bar and restaurant but still have a feeling of seclusion. There is ample outdoor space, large terraces to both the first and ground floors, to take advantage of the wonderful views including some spectacular sunsets. There is outdoor lighting and BBQ plus a Spa/Hot tub on both the ground floor patio and first floor veranda. The drive from the road winds through some of the olive grove to the rear of the property where there is ample parking. The whole property is spacious and is finished and furnished to a high standard.

Five minutes drive out of Bosa you will find the hill top village of Magomadas. The houses are built on the edge of a hill and there are some marvellous views of expansive countryside down to the sea. The village is quiet and typical of the area. Inhabited almost totally by locals, here you will find yourself immersed in village life. The area around the village is agricultural with many vineyards and olive groves. Two of the best reasons for paying a visit to this village is Trattoria Da Riccordo, one of the places to eat in the area, and almost opposite the restaurant is a Cantina, where you can try the local Malvasia wine, amongst others, of course trying a few before you buy. There is also a museum hidden away in the narrow backstreets dedicated to the history of local wine production, it's traditions and methods.

    Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after 4pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
