The perfect holiday house in the perfect location!! Beautifully decorated house from the 17th century 3 bedrooms and open living room (Flat screen TV and DVD)and Provencal kitchen. Bathroom with big bathtub. Lovely small child friendly garden with mandarin tree, grapes and BBQ. Beach (2mins), bakery, wine shop, supermarket, bus stop (airport bus), and children playground around the corner. 500 meter to Juan les Pins Center and train station.

Nice 25 km Cannes 15 km Antibes 2 km Monaco 40 km Marseille 120 km The house is situated in a residential area just 200 meters from the public and private beaches. Many restaurants and local shops are available nearby and the night-life is within walking distance (5-10mins). The train station is a short 500 meters walk with easy connections to Cannes and Nice. The famous Jazz Festival takes place mid-July and the Cannes Film Festival is Mid-May. A car is not essential as everything is within a 5 minute walk. There are also frequent bus services within 100m. From the beach there are boats to Monaco, Cannes, and St Tropez. For children there is the famous Marine Land and Aqua Land in Antibes.

A great beach holiday

This house is lovely and is in a brilliant location, one street back from the beach. It is very quick and easy to get the bus there from Nice Airport. There is a fantastic place around the corner to get fresh bread and croissants and a supermarket just down the road. It has off street parking which is a bonus and is walking distance from everything. We had a great stay there, I would definitely recommend it and would love to go back and stay there again. Camilla and Stefan were very friendly and helpful to deal with. Thank you.

Lovely house close to the beach

A lovely old house in a street parallel to the beach and well situated for shops and restaurants. A good bus service runs along the coast allowing access to Cannes , Nice and the airport. In fact we used public transport for the whole week.
The kitchen is well laid out and the living room has satellite TV and a DVD player with comfortable chairs to relax on. The bedrooms are a good size with good storage.
For a busy area the house is set back from the road and is very quiet.

All in all - highly recommended

Spent one week holiday at this house, which is both charming but still modern. Great location, very close to both shops and the beach. Everything worked out perfect!
