This brand new luxury villa is situated in a superb quiet location,Stone Meadows, by the lovely traditional village of liopetri-mins drive to the secluded beach of Potamos, 5 mins to other beaches and 8 mins to Ayia Napa.This high quality villa is air-conditioned, double-glazed and fully equipped.The open plan living area opens out onto a beautiful large private swimming pool with gardens to the front, side and rear. There are sun loungers, patio table and chairs. There is an outside pool shower, rinse off after beach visits or swims. The light, airy and spacious interior has a large LCD TV, DVD player, large leather sofa, coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped as expected of a high quality home. There are three spacious bedrooms, all with ample, fitted wardrobe space. The master has a queen size bed and balcony with table and chairs - there is a full ensuite.The villa is fully cleaned before and after stays, all towels,linen and beach towels are included.

Nearest Motorway: A3 at 3 Kilometres
Liopetri village is still quite a small traditional Cypriot village, although it has most shops, tavernas & some new bars-it has an excellent bakery with fresh bread, cakes, pastries etc.daily.There are small supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, and a butchers.Local attractions include two famous churches.The beautiful,ancient and picturesque fishing area,Potamos liopetri is a few mins drive from the village centre.Here,you can eat the best fish ,on the island,caught daily by fisherman at one of the two restuarants -there are secluded beaches here. A few mins drive takes you to the beaches of Ayia Thekla,Landa and Nissi beach-driving past the large waterworld water park and go-kart centre ,leads into the bustling and exciting Ayia Napa resort-with its famous fish restaurants,tavernas and clubs/trendy bars.Ten mins drive leads to the family resort of Protaras with its many restaurants and bars.The villa is ideally located for exploring the nearby villages,Frenaros,Vrysulles and Sotira.

The air conditioning units can be used as heaters in the winter months, these are remote controlled. Our friendly neighbours are available for help and advice, if needed. Our British property managers are nearby for any queries/problems at any time. A key safe is provided at the villa, so you may start and finish the holiday at any time of the day, changeover day is flexible and can be arranged to suit you. There is an underwater light for night time dips and outdoor lighting- a retractable clothes line is provided for drying clothes in the carport area.

Amazing Holiday!!!

The property is beautiful and has EVERYTHING that you could need! The villa is just as in the description and on the photos. The kitchen has every gadget you could need including a water marching in the which dispenses ice cold drinking water, once it is empty you take the plastic container in to the village and fill it for 1euro!!! This saved us a fortune on bottled water.
All the neighbors are helpful and friendly and offered us lots of advice about where to explore on the island.
The rear of the property where the pool is always caught the sun from about 8am to 6pm so is ideal for sunbathing!
When we arrived we were greeted by the property manager who showed us around, he had arranged a welcome pack with everything that we asked for and gave us details about the local area.
The village of Liopetri where is villa is situated has shops, chemist, doctors, petrol station, bakery, hairdressers, taverns ect and is about a 10min drive from Aiya Napa.
We are already looking for flights to book for 2010 to go back to the villa as we enjoyed our holiday SO much!
I do not have a bad comment to make about the villa!
We hired a car for our stay which gave us the freedom to explore the island as and when we wanted but you could manage without one as the property manager will take you to and from airport and supermarket for a small fee and there are lots of taxis on the island! I would recommend a trip to Cape Greco due to the amazing beach there!
The owner of the properly was very helpful before we travelled answering any questions we had via email or telephone, nothing was too much for him.
