The finca is located in the south-eastern part of the Bay of Alcudia about 500 m from the small fishing village of Colonia San Pedro, in Majorcan: Colónia de Sant Pere. It is just under an hour to Palma. The finca, 8400m², is peacefully located and overgrown with olive, almond and fig trees. To all sides you will see different types of enchanting views. You will have stunning views of the mountain landscape with the impressive, 520m high Ferrutx where you will find a nearby pine forest and of course a far view over the entire Bay of Alcudia, often to the light house on the peninsula of Formentor or to Puig Major, the highest mountain on Majorca.

In the northeast of the island, about 8km from Arta, you will find the typical Majorcan fishing village of Colonia with its contemplative harbours. The city has hardly been touched by tourism and is an insider secret tip. Throughout the year you will find everything you need for daily life here: two grocery stores with a butcher, a bakery, a laundromat and car hire, two banks and multiple bars and restaurants of different categories. For large purchases, you can drive to Arta, particularly on Tuesday - market day. Other than the bizarre rock coasts, which will surely find their adorers, you will find multiple charming sand bays around Colonia. Around 500m to the west you will find the large beach. It is a natural beach that stretches for kilometres with dunes and pine forests without any buildings. The water is crystal clear and slowly gets deeper. But also the small beach directly in Colonia is ideal for a cool bath.
