CASA ADELASON - South facing Townhouse, in one of the finest Golf and residential organisations on the Costa Blanca. Comfortably furnished by owners who recognise the need for first class accommodation. The property includes a full roof solarium, front garden and rear patio with barbeque. Sleeps 4 in one double and one twin bedroom. With comfortable mattresses. Hot/cold air-conditioning in both bedrooms. Large communal pool a few yards away from patio door. Situated 10 minutes drive from the beautiful blue flag La Zenia beach. 5 minutes drive between the three Golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. 20 minutes drive to the town of Torrevieja. It comprises of a lounge with 2 comfortable sofas,TV , DVD and VCR with English digital satellite channels.CD midi Hi-Fi. Coffee table, wall unit and uplight. Ceiling fan. Fully fitted separate dining kitchen includes, table with 4 chairs,washing machine, iron and ironing board, oven, hob and microwave.

Villamartin is situated approximately 40 minutes drive South from Alicante, or 20 minutes North from Murcia and is ideally placed to cater for golfers, having easy access not only to the course at Villamartin, but also to Las Ramblas and Campamor. Further afield, La Marquesa & La Finca courses are only approximately 15 minutes away, and the famous course at La Manga is approximately a 40 minute drive South. The golden sandy beach at La Zenia is only a 10 minute drive. The nearest town, Torrevieja, is a short drive away, and boasts a host of shops, bars and restaurants, plus a seafront promenade and marina. There is a water park (open in the Summer months only), and the area has numerous beaches, all blue flag, so you are sure to find one to suit your taste! There is a variety of bars and quality restaurants within only 5 minutes walk of the villa.

A huge variety of challenging golf courses which are easy to book. Nearby Torrevieja offers a yachting marina and many and varied restaurants and bars. A large Friday market and a good selection of shops. The area abounds with local markets, one on each day of the week. Also the famous mud baths are only a fifteen minute drive and are well worth a visit. Cartegena is about an hour away to the south and Alicante 45mins to the north, Orihuela 45mins inland. Benidorm is an hour and a half drive.
