Puerto De La Duquesa is located at the bottom of the Costa Del Sol in Manilva region. Only about 50 minutes drive from Malaga and half an hour from Gibraltar, Puerto De La Duquesa cosmopolitan port and resort, which is regarded as one of the best areas on the south coast, with a unique yacht marina with 360 quaysides. Puerto De La Duquesa is privileged to have a good climate all year round, sandy beaches and a fantastic untouched nature, La Duquesa offers all the necessities required to have a pleasant stay. But what really make La Duquesa for a good place to stay, is the friendly people. The port has all the necessities with a good variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. The numerous restaurants in the area make you able to eat both national and international cuisine alongside traditional local dishes. Beaches: Manilva's coastline has more than eight kilometres wide fine sandy beaches are distinguished by their quality by having the stamp of quality, the blue flag. • The beach at La Duquesa (Playa De La Duquesa) runs from 'El Castillo's' heart of 'Arroyo De La Piñuela'. There is a wide range of Chiringuitos (beach restaurants), bars and the landscape is characterized by the presence of the old castle and the Duquesa Marina. This beach is the centre of tourist activities in the area. • Sabinillas Beach (Playa De Sabinillas), lies just outside the city centre and is undoubtedly the most visited beach. It has an exquisite water front (Paseo Maritimo), which is being expanded to go all the way to Puerto de La Duquesa, and thus linked the two areas together. Sabinillas beach has a Blue Flag for its cleanliness. • Punta Chullera is only a few minutes from La Duquesa has very beautiful bays shroud of low cliffs. With its clean and transparent water, is ideal for underwater fishing

Golf: La Duquesa Golf and Country Club has an 18 hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior, with spectacular ocean and mountain views. For more golf challenges in the immediate vicinity: Alcaidesa golf course with views of Gibraltar rock; Valderrama, host of the Ryder Cup and World Cup is just ten minutes from La Duquesa, Sotogrande is a paradisisk park rail, also of San Roque Club.
