This Double studio flat has exceptional value and is a great alternative to an expensive hotel accommodation. This Double studio benefits from central heating, fully equipped kitchenette, double bed or twin beds, small dining table and chairs television The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, 2 hobs, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and toaster.There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The fully equipped bathroom has shower with WC, wash basin with mirror. The property is situated within 5 minutes walk from Bayswater, Queensway and Lancaster Gate Tube Stations, and within 5 minutes walking from Paddington mainline station (with a 20 minute connection to Heathrow Airport). Just across the road you can find the famous Hyde Park with its jewels, like Princess Diana's castle. Marble Arch is at 10-15 minutes away with the best place for shopping - the famous Oxford Street.

  • A Credit card is required to guarantee the booking, £100 will be charged from the credit card plus 3.5% surcharge for Mastercard and Visa, and 6% for Amex upon booking, the remaining balance should be paid upon arrival.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We have a 2 week cancellation policy. All bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the Commencement date, will be non-refundable. All other cancellations which are over 2 weeks from the arrival date are refundable but are subject to a £50.00 cancellation fee. This can be used as credit towards any future booking made by the same client within six months of the cancellation according to availability.

LOCATION:
Devonshire Terrace is a quite, lovely and safe place (day and night). The property is located in a strategic position, close to Paddington tube and train station and close to bus lines (15 minutes to Piccadily, 5 minutes to Hide Park, 10 minutes to Notting Hill).

Several Supermarkets and Restaurants (fish & chips!!) are in proximity to the property.

PROPERTY
The property conditions are better than description!! Clean, bright, confortable, furnished (double bed, couch, table, chairs, wardrobe) and kitted (tv, dvd, internet access, oven, cookers, fridge, cutlery, dishes, pots, towels....). The bathroom (placed in the room - not shared) is not big but functional: sink, wc, and shower.

NOTE: the only remarks is about building maintenance. However there was "works in progress" during the stay.

PAYMENT.
we payd an advance - at time of booking - charged on my Debit Card (don't worry if locator asks debit card information by mail). The balance was payd at arrival by Debit Card.
