Luxury beach villa located on one of the most beautiful sites of Koh Chang (Chang Noi Beach). This villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a living room, nice landscape garden and a private beach. All bedrooms have air conditioning LCD TV and DVD. Siam Royal View is still under construction but guests can enjoy the use of a swimming pool, on-site restaurant and will have over 1km of private beach to relax on. The development is located 5 minutes drive from the ferry pier and under 5 minutes by scooter/car to Klong Son village, where you'll find local shops, cheap restaurants and minimart. White Sand beach is approximately 10 minutes ride by scooter/car to the south.

The island of Koh Chang is a tropical marine national park. Its hinterland consists of over 70% virgin rainforest and is the best preserved tourist holiday destination in Thailand. Situated to the east of the country in the province of Trat on the Cambodian border, it's Thailand's second largest island after Phuket. With its chain of white sandy coves and beaches, pristine rain forests and abundance of wildlife and marine life, coral reefs, high mountain peaks, several scenic waterfalls, a rich variety of cuisine and great nightlife, Ko Chang is one of Thailand's most sought-after holiday destinations. If you drive, you can hire motorbikes, jeeps and cars to take you to any of the beaches along the coastal roads and, in the evening, there are plenty of restaurants, live music bars and nightclubs to choose from to spice up your holiday.

Cancellations more than 6 weeks before commencement date will have 85% of monies received refunded, between 6 weeks and 4 weeks 50% and less than 4 weeks no refund will be made.
    Also required a Security deposit at time of booking from Euro. 300, this is return within 10 days after your departure less cost of any damages incurred.
  • Airport transfer from Bangkok can be arrange one way by luxury mini bus at Eur. 135,- (inclusive Ferry)

Feel like a millionaire on Koh Chang Island!

I have spent a few holidays at this luxury property on Koh Chang. My most recent trip was last October 2009.

This 4 bedroom villa is very well appointed and complete.
From cutlery to ceramics, towels, bed sheets and even a small barbeque. Just only bring your tooth-brush and some cloths and an unforgettable vacation will start!

The property is located spot-on an almost "private" beach!
Beautiful scenery surrounding this estate which is still not completed yet, but well on its way and it really doesn’t disturb you that there still are some villas under-construction. The gated community with excellent restaurant, huge swimming pool and friendly security guards is located very close to where the ferry-boat from Trat arrives. "Down-town" white-sand beach by car or motorbike is only 10 minutes.

The villa is brand-new and so is all of its furniture and oriental decor plus commodities. Everything functions properly; drains, hot water (GOOD pressure!), window and door fittings etc...
With the garden-lights on at night you almost decide to stay put, rather than to go down-town. Very romantic and calming with the sea breeze and sound of it waves.

The owner of the property is very friendly and service minded. No question is left unanswered and he offers a great after-sales. This is surely a place to recommend my friends, which in fact I already did! One of my mates will be there with his family in December this year.

Koh Chang is a nice island. Known for it boat-trips with many many surrounding islands to visit, snorkeling and plenty of good restaurants, bars and pubs. The climate is all-year warm, sometimes hot. Even when the occasional rain pours down; being there is "home-away-from-home"!

Very good and highly recommended!
