Older style apartment in a great location on the beach side of La Zenia only than 5 minutes walk down to the Glorious La Zenia Beach. the apartment complex has a large communal pool with children’s splash pool and grassed sunbathing areas, private parking for 1 car, onsite nursery available (English speaking) the apartment is on the 4th floor (with a lift) so has great views of La Zenia and down to the Sea. Inside the apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms living room, kitchen, Terrace plus additional small bedroom (bedroom 3) with wall mounted pull down bed offering 2 more sleeping spaces. The apartment has TV, DVD Player plus Satellite System offering many English and Spanish programs. Local restaurants cafes bars supermarket bank shops etc all within easy walking distance. A car is not necessary

La Zenia beach is popular all year round its awarded the blue flag for its cleanliness and facilities, Lots of water sports on offer, jets skis for hire, surf boards sail boats etc. Beach bar open from Mid April to October. lots of restaurants shops cafes bars supermarket within walking easy distance Both Alicante airports and Murcia airports are easily reached on traffic free motorways. Murcia airport is 25 mins Alicante airport 55 mins. For golf fans there are three fantastic Golf courses within a 5 - 10 min drive Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The lively Spanish town of Torrevieja is a 10 min drive North along the coast and the famous LA Manga club is a 35 min drive south. Benidorm is 1 hour and 15 min.
