Rutland House is a magnificent independent villa completed in 2009 and located in one of the most privileged areas of Southern Tenerife, overlooking Costa Adeje famous resorts and beaches.This prestigious villa comprises four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a fifth bedroom ideal for children, a large living room equipped with three leather sofas, 42” flat-screen TV, DVD player and HI-FI system.Attached to the living room, a spacious dining area seating ten people is to be found.Both the living room and the dining area overlook the ample solarium and the private pool, heated from October 15th onwards.The independent kitchen, with attached laundry room and pantry, is fully fitted and equipped to the highest standards. A number of terraces, balconies and porches, found on both floors, together with the extensive garden and solarium allow our guests to enjoy their meals outdoors, sunbathe all day, and fully appreciate the magnificent views over the Atlantic Ocean.
