Situated in the quaint coast town of East Boothbay with water access through a common dock is this large family home ideal for enjoying the picturesque local sights and shores. The lot is nearly an acre of wooded land with a grassy yard and outside dining area. The house is spacious, bright and airy with a large sitting room, family room with air hockey table, fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room, The property has three large bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an attached dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The location of the house is ideal for walking and local boating and fishing activities. The home is regularly used by its British owners, who fell in love with this area on holiday themselves.

Close to Boothbay Harbor a very popular tourist location with whale watching, fishing boats, boat trips to nearby islands. Nearby is an aquarium on Southport Island. Wonderful clean beaches at Pemaquid as well as Southport Children's playground in Boothbay and Boothbay Railway a great day out for the children. Botanical gardens and wonderful woodland walks are all available just on outskirts of Boothbay. Damariscotta and Wiscasset are local towns well worth a visit, with many restaurants/cafes and shops worth browsing. Camden is little further away but is another town well worth visiting.
