The Regency apartment is a modern one bedroom flat ideally situated in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. Secure entry into the building. The apartment has a lounge area with French style windows overlooking the city centre. A separate kitchen with modern facilities, including cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower unit over the bath. Double bedroom to the rear of the property. You could not be any closer to the main shopping area of Argyle Street and St.Enoch's Centre, literally two minutes walk away. The vibrant Merchant City is about five minutes walking away, with numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. Transport facilities are excellent. Buses, train station and metro within a few minutes walk.Only a few minutes from St Enoch's and Buchanan Street Metro Station, Central Station and Queen St Station. There is on-street parking and several car parks close by.

The Regency Apartment is situated in Howard St next to the St Enoch’s shopping centre and Metro. A few minutes walk will lead you into Retail Heaven with Argyle St and Buchanan St shopping precinct, Prince’s Square shopping mall and Buchanan Galleries Shopping centre and lots more...The apartment is also next to the Merchant City area with its cafes and restaurants and Tron Theatre. Each September a French Market comes to town selling mouth watering delights. In December each year George Square a couple of blocks away is transformed into a winter wonderland and a German Christmas Market which is set up around the corner on Argyle St. The Gallery of Modern Art on Royal Exchange Square has a wonderful collection of Art.     Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge during your stay for your convenience.

    Payment : A 20% deposit is required on booking with the remainder due 28 days before arrival.
    Bookings made less than 28 days prior to arrival must be paid in full.

    Cancellation
    In the event of a cancellation payments will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-booked. An administration charge of £20 will be deducted from any refund. Visitors are advised to purchase travel insurance which covers cancellation costs.
  • Arrivals/Departures
    Arrival time is from 4pm onwards, and the apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

    Guests must vacate the apartment by that time to allow cleaning prior to the arrival of the next guests

    Cleaning
    Visitors should leave the apartment clean and tidy. Alternatively, a £50.00 cleaning charge may be applied.

    Breakages and Losses
    Damages, breakages or losses should be reported to the owners before departure. Repair or replacement will be charged at cost.

    If any damage is caused, or if excessive cleaning is required, or keys are lost, cost of repair or replacement will be charged at cost to the customer(s) at the end of the rental period. The owner reserves the right to charge any extra costs to the credit /debit card after the stay.

    Access to the apartment by the owner(s) will be granted at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection and repair or maintenance of the apartment and fittings.
  • A copy of the inventory of all items in the apartment is available. All losses will be the subject
    Of legal action to recover the item(s) and/or compensation sought for their loss.

    Smoking
    The Apartment has a strict no smoking policy. Visitors must refrain from smoking in the premises. This is in line with the no smoking law which the UK Government has introduced.

    Occupancy/Access
    Visitors must not exceed the number of people stipulated for the property. Please note, as the apartment is in a residential block, visitors must not use the premises as a party venue. The owners retain the right of access to the apartment.

    Pets: No animals are allowed in the apartment.

    Outside Noise
    It should be understood when renting these apartments that the owner(s) has no control over nor responsibility for noise or nuisance caused by the occupiers of other apartments within the building(s).
