The Palazzo is in a quiet hamlet of Lugnano which is on the northern Tuscan / Umbrian border. Being the last villa in the hamlet it is both private and secluded. This is an ideal base form exploring the picturesque hilltop villages and medieval towns ofMontone, Gubbio, Perugia Assisi, Sansepolcro, Cortona and Arezzoall within 45 minutes drive away. The rooms and suites have all spectacular views of the Tiber valley and are spacious and tastefully decorated. They combine traditional features with cutting-edge interior design and ensuite bathrooms that can only be described as luxurious.

The Palazzo Majo is a spacious 5 bedroom luxury villa. It is located in the quiet, rural hamlet of Lugnano in Northern Umbria near the Tuscan border but is completely private and secluded. The Palazzo is set on a hillside with stunning views over the Tiber Valley. It is an ideal location for relaxing and exploring the picturesque hilltop villages and medieval towns of Assisi, Montone, Perugia, Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, and Arezzo all under one hour's drive. Coast/Beach The Rimini coastline is under 2 hours away with Gabicce, Riccione, and Pesaro nearby. Lake trasimeno is around 50 minutes drive away. There are steamers and beaches on Lake Trasimeno. Golf Antognolla Golf Course is an 18 hole championship golf course. It is only 30 mins from Palazzo Majo, (20 mins north of Perugia). There is a driving range, practice green, a small club house, a bar and changing facilities. A range of golf clubs, trolleys and carts are available to hire. The course is par 71.
