IVANA MARY is a 10 years experienced family run b&b located in Ostiense/Pyramid area, in the historical centre of Rome. It consists of two guestrooms with a total of 5 comfortable sleeps. This building's central position makes it very desirable for tourists and people who wants to discover how is like to live as an Italian. Don’t miss it! We host up to five guests at a time in our typical Italian flat. Ivana Mary, owner and house keeper, provides a plentiful Italian breakfast and takes care of you, giving tips and the assistance you need to enrich your stay! The flat is on a first floor with elevator, with a nice view on a garden and a small balcony. It is supplied with a fully-equipped kitchen, TV, DVD reader and two full bathrooms both with shower, bidet and WC.

Colosseum is only a few minutes walk, as well as many other attractions as “bocca della verità”, Pyramid and breathtaking Aventino view point! Many of the city's most important sights, such as Trastevere, Borgo Pio, Saint Peter Basilica, Vatican Museum (where the most famous work of art, The Sistine Chapel is) Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, are all very close and reachable within walking distance or short bus/metro drive. Public transports (trams, trains and buses) are just a block away and there are bus stops in every corner. A train line that will bring you to the airport in 25 minutes is only two blocks away! Upon request we can guarantee a transport service for our guests for both arrivals and departures (from and to Ciampino or Fiumicino airports, Civitavecchia seaport and Termini Train Station).
