This spectacular 3 bedroom villa is situated in Vila Senhora da Rocha, a quiet condominium overlooking the sea. This villa has a large terrace with sea views and barbecue. The complex has three swimming pools (one is heated and covered in the winter), a children pool, three tennis courts, two restaurants, a pool bar, a mini market (fresh daily bread), all set in spacious, landscape and peaceful surroundings. The beach is only 150m away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The apartment will be ready for your arrival at 4 pm and check out time is 12 am. Although we will of course do our best to be flexible with these when ever possible.

    There is a minimum booking period of 1 week (7 nights).

    A 40% deposit is required to reserve the apartment and the remaining 60% along with a 150 € refundable breakages / damage deposit is due on your arrival. You may wish to pay the whole balance and deposit at the time of reserving.
    Providing there are no damages / breakages, your 150 € will be refunded to you on your return.
    Payment can be taken by bank transfer or cheque and your breakage deposit will be returned to you by cheque.
