This lovely villa is surrounded by farmland and has endless uninterrupted views across the countryside. The property is divided into two floors, with the largest apartment sleeping up to 9 persons occupying the first floor. The ground floor is split into two separate apartments each sleeping 4 persons. Each of the three apartments has its own separate entrance and private garden area with table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas. The large inviting swimming pool is positioned in one corner of the garden; it is completely surrounded by fencing with a gate for safety. The paved pool surround is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas. Outside, the large communal gardens are mainly laid to lawn with a variety of mature trees and shrubs. At one time the house was a monastery which is why there is a 13th century chapel attached to the left side of the house which has lovely 16th century frescoes inside. The house is ideally located for day trips to Florence, Rome and Orvieto.

Bellaluce is a traditional stone built house, which was completely renovated in 2003. The original farmhouse was built on this plot around 1000 AD, although the current house is much later. It was also at one time a Benedictine Monastery which is why there is a church attached to the left hand side of the building, which would be perfect for a wedding ceremony. Inside the chapel has some beautiful 16th century frescoes painted on the walls. This is the ideal holiday home for large groups of friends or families with a range of ages wishing to holiday together, yet still have some privacy whilst being part of a larger group. The property is divided into two floors, with the largest apartment sleeping up to 9 persons occupying the first floor. The ground floor is split into two separate apartments each sleeping 4 persons. Each of the three apartments has its own private garden area with table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas.

Set in a wonderful location surrounded by farmland but only one mile away from the nearby town of Lubriano, where you will find all the basic essentials at the mini market, butchers, greengrocer and bakers. There is also a post office, bank and a selection of bars and restaurants. For a greater choice of shops and restaurants the larger town of Bagnoregio is approximately 3.5 miles away. There is also a local restaurant within walking distance of the villa - 350mtrs. Ideally located for day excursions to the famous sights of Rome, Florence and Orvieto as well as discovering the smaller local towns and villages of Umbria. Visit lake Bolsena where it is possible to sail and take part in water sports or just picnic by the lakeside. A trip to the charming hilltop town of Perugia host to the famous jazz festival in July where the whole town stages a series of open air concerts or in October when the chocolate festival is held. Maybe discover underground Orvieto on a guided tour!
