The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
General :
The villa has 4 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.
Entertainment :
The villa has television video, DVD, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.
Eating & living :
There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

General:
The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
All bathrooms and furniture is new for the 2009 season, all fitting are to a high standard, located in a nice quiet residential location but has the advantage of being close by to all the amenities that Albufeira and the Algarve have to offer
Villa Brejos interior -
Once you enter the property you will find the living room with plenty of room for a group to sit down and enjoy the Television, DVD player, with sliding doors onto the pool. There is also an area to dine inside.

A beautiful spacious 4 bedroom (3 ensuite ) villa with private swimming pool. From the out side the Villa is fully fenced off, for security and privacy located on a quiet road with no through traffic you can enjoy a relaxing holiday, whilst being moments away from the Montechoro nightlife, beach, bars and restaurants.
Villa Brejos exterior
As you enter Villa Brejos you will be able to park one car with the Villa, any other cars can park on the road with no restrictions.
As you enter the gate you will find a 6x3 meter swimming pool with outside dining area (in the shade) beside the pool. The outside shower facilities are on one side of the pool. At the rear of the property you will find the BBQ and Clay stove for outside entertaining. The villa benfits from large mature pine trees, and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sun.
Ski:
Bedroom 1: Located beside the living room with double bed and ensuite facilities, all modern with full airconditioning, retilied, large sliding doors onto the pool and carpark and spacious.
Bedroom 2: located again besside the living room and main bathroom, and kitchen. Large double bedroom with integrated sliding wardrobe, chest of drawers, side tables, and large sliding doors leading out to the pool.
Main bathroom: Located on the ground floor beside the kitchen, has large shower area, with modern fittings, completely retiled and has a modern theme.
Kitchen: Lovely wooden kitchen with marble worktop, a true portuguese theme, whilst holding modern utilities. To the rear of the kitchen you will find the BBQ and Clay Oven. Good size with breakfast table.
The two remaining bedrooms are located on the 1st floor.
Bedroom 3: twin bedroom with ensuite facilites, large sliding wardrobe, private terrace looking onto the swimming pool, good size room with chest of drawers.
Golf:
There are plenty of golf courses with in 5-10 minutes drive from Villa Brejos. We are able to get preferential rates and can provide transfers to the golf courses. Please enquire for further details
