A stunning detached villa (3/4 bedrooms) with a private pool and extensive sunbathing terraces. The villa is at the end of a private road. Each bedroom has a private balcony and two of the bedrooms have sea views. The property is nestled in a secluded cul-de-sac which is only accessible to residents, and comes with parking. Within a stone throws distance is the Biosfera shopping centre, (7 min walk), the beach (10 min walk) and a collection of bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, hairdressers, and supermarkets all within a 300m walk from the property. The golf course is less than 5 minutes drive away, and a tennis club 250 metres away (visitors welcome). There is a barbecue and patio table and chairs with parasol. sun loungers and pool-side shower. The property boasts all mod-cons including satellite TV, CD and DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a fully furnished kitchen. There is a safe for personal belongings in the main bedroom.
