This fantastic apartment is located right by the sea, next to the beautiful Old Port (Port Vell) and the Barceloneta, also very near the old medieval town, one the most popular quarters in town. The apartment main door is at Passeig Colom, a wide avenue from where you can walk up the Las Ramblas. There are many palaces around the area where the old Catalan Nobility used to live when they moved from the narrow streets of the Old Town (Ciutat Vella). You can go to the Born quarter and the Ciutadella Park, La Barceloneta, the beach or the port, Las Ramblas, the Maremagnum Shopping Center or the Gothic quarter. It is a charming apartment located on the third floor (with lift). You can enjoy the great view of the Gothic quarter narrow streets from the apartment windows. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2009 with great style and charm. It has 4 double bedrooms, a wide living room and a great kitchen fully equipped. There is also three complete bathrooms.
