Gran Sol D. 2 bedroom apartment with community pool and gardens situated on Carrier Lleida/Tarragona. Terrace with view of the pool. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom. American Kitchen, lounge with sofa bed. Washing machine, microwave and TV. Good location for shops, village of L’Escala and 350 meters to beach at Riells and supermarket, shops.

L'Escala is one of the most interesting and picturesque places on the Costa Brava. The old town grew up around the fishing industry and L'Escala is world famous for its Anchovies. There is a daily fruit and vegetable market and a weekly Sunday Morning market. An excellent modern Marina accommodates the fishing fleet as well as luxury yachts and motor cruisers. Within a few minutes there are many safe sandy beaches and the clear water is ideal for scuba diving. In the area there are a whole range of other sporting facilities, including several Golf courses. A variety of bars and superb restaurants (many specialising in fish dishes) exist in the town and on the outskirts. L'Escala is an ideal family destination. Easy Access from all of Europe L'Escala is situated at the southern end of the Bay of Roses. 45 minutes from the French border. 30 minutes from Girona Airport (flights with Ryan air from many UK airports). Approximately 12 hours by car from Calais or Boulogne.

    There is a Supplement 30 € for less than 2 weeks.
    A refundable breakages deposit of 150 Euros is required on collection of the keys. This can be paid by UK cheque or a visa imprint.
  • It is possible to hire Sheets, towels etc from the office in L'Escala it is best to reserve in advance.
    Excursions by bus and boat can be booked at the office in L'Escala.
    There are English speaking staff to deal with any of your queries.
