Newly constructed villa in a urbanisation near Calonge. The distance to the lovely sandy beach of St. Antoni de Calonge and the boulevard with several bars strectching for several kilometres is about 5 km. The village of Calonge about 2 km. The villa is brand new with one floor, completly furnished and ready for staying in, The villa has 4 double bedrooms ( 2 with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each), 2 bathrooms ( one en-suite), a fully equiped kitchen with a washing machine, oven and microwave and a big living with TV. The villa also has a big covered terrace with furniture and BBQ. The garden has a new lawn, so the children can play. In the villa there are sheets, pillow cases and towels; also on demand a childsbed.

Calonge is situated in the centre of the Costa Brava and offers a lot of opportunities for excursions for example the famous Salvador Dali museum in Figueras ( a short drive of about 45 min), the old city centre of Girona, Andorra, Barcelona and a lot of coastal villages like Palamos ( well known for his tapas bars) and Lloret de Mar. Just 10 min. drive from the villa is Playa d'Aro which is a modern town with a lot of shops, restaurants and nightlife, 2 fun parks for the children and a waterpark. Calonge is well knwon for its medieval centre with castle and his surrounding vineyards.
