At the feet of the Umbro-Marchigiano Apennine mountains, situated in an enchanting panoramic setting, this lovely, recently renovated vacation home has all the comforts for a relaxing vacation. Just a short distance for the charming city of Piobbico, a city that offers tourists a rich calendar of artistic, cultural and naturalistic events. Surrounded by a large, well-groomed garden with pool, lunches and dinners while enjoying the sunset. Although the structure is composed of two separate and communicating apartments, the structure is rented as a single villa. Ground floor: a small apartment in compliance with HK standards, composed of: living-room kitchen with fireplace and sofa bed (double), double bedroom, bathroom with shower, internal stairway to the first floor and the main apartment composed of a large living room with sofa bed (double), kitchen with fireplace, bathroom; on the second floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a chair bed, a single room, bathroom with tub.

Piobbico is a very nice place. The climate is cool during the summer time and dry in the winter. There are several very good restaurants: La colombara where you can eat the best pizza in the area Ristorante Montenerone da Carletto here is possible to find the true traditional marchigian kitchen. The place is perfect to make sports immersed in the nature like trekking walking, mountain bike.
