Waterfront apartment sleeping up to 4 in 2 zones: one with dining room, kitchen and living room with 2 beds and another with a sleeping room with 2 beds. Fitted with all necessary equipment to make for a comfortable stay: TV, washing machine, iron, fridge, electric hob, microwave, table linen, water boiler, coffee-maker and kitchen utensils.It also has a private parking space. Its beautiful nautical style, combined with the magnificent sea views and the gentle breeze, blend into a pleasant, cosy and enjoyable atmosphere.The large windows provide natural sunlight all day long. A short walk from the Villa Olimpica promenade and only yards from the beach, the apartment is also near the Diagonal Mar shopping centre, the Olympic Harbour (nightlife area) and the Forum area (business and conference centre).

My husband & I stayed at this property for 3 nights on October, 2009. The location is GREAT - just across from the Mediteranean. A great beach to walk and many restaurants & bars. Easy access to the transit systems (bus & metro). For the price we were very pleased. Nicer sheets would have been appreciated - they were pretty rough. But the apt. was very clean, the area very safe and plenty of room for 2. Cute blue/white decor and complete with towels & kitchenware. No staples of any kind (salt, pepper, etc.) so if you plan to cook plan on purchasing everything.
