The villa is a beautiful, modern 3 bedroom detached villa in the small complex of Encosta do Lago, within the Quinta do Lago resort and close to all the amenities that the resort has to offer. The accommodation is situated on two levels with the master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and large balcony occupying the whole of the first floor. The ground floor comprises of the very spacious and bright lounge with double doors opening out onto the paved terrace and pool. The fully equipped modern kitchen, cloakroom and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are also situated on the ground floor and have access to the poolside terrace. All of the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and are attractively furnished in Portuguese style. The villa is accessed via the large drive leading onto the entrance and garage. The villa is air-conditioned and accommodates up to 6 people in space and comfort. This is a fabulous holiday villa for one or two families to share with great privacy.

This fabulous villa is located off the second roundabout off Ayrton Senna Drive. There are beaches at Quinta do Lago (with shaded parking) and Vale do Lobo close by with optional activities for adults and children. This area is a golfer's paradise with the choice of championship golf courses on its doorstep. There are tennis courts at different locations in the area, the closest in the Encosta do Lago resort. The Quinta do Lago Shopping Centre is near comprising shops, restaurants, newsagents, pubs and supermarket. Almancil is a short drive away to more shops, restaurants and supermarkets. There are many lovely restaurants around the area to suit all tastes. Loule is a lovely old market town with weekly markets worth a visit. Faro is only 20 minutes away and worth a stroll around the old town and port. Anyone wishing to take a trip further afield there are many beautiful sights around the Algarve worth a visit such as Lagos, Tavira and Monnchique.

Lovely large villa with plenty of space for the whole family to relax. Very private garden and pool area with lots of mature shrubs and trees. Excellent gas BBQ for alfresco meals. Local management company for the villa are very helpful and deal with any problems/ queries quickly and efficiently.
The beach at Quinta do Lago is close by along with some wonderful golf courses. Quinta shopping is just a short drive for restaurants and shops. The lagoon is a 10 min stroll and always seems quiet, even in August. A great place for wildlife, birdwatching and fishing. There is a beach,
watersports and boats for hire. The bar and restaurant at the lagoon are a lovely spot for dinner as the sun goes down.
A great family holiday, we will definitely return.
