The Marina de Lagos, being awarded the 'Euromarine Anchor Award' and the Blue Flag, is a high quality tourist complex and 'A Fabrica' is the latest addition on this exclusive resort, boasting of one of the most original urbanistic projects in the Algarve. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessed by elevator, with the balcony overlooking the chimney tops of Lagos. Furnished to the highest quality, the apartment has a spacious open plan lounge/dining room, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and the kitchen is well equipped. There are electrically operated shutters throughout & sliding doors open onto the balcony with exterior table & chairs for 'al fresco dining'. The condominium is surrounded by landscaped garden with lawned areas with a good sized adult & childrens' swimming pool with terrace, there are changing room facilities near the pool terrace. There is a closed garage with private parking space.

'A Fabrica' situated right in the heart of Marina de Lagos, one of the most beautiful in Europe, gives easy access to restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarket, beach & town centre. The nearest beach is the Meia Praia, approximately 4 kms of golden sands and dunes. There are numerous activities and monuments you can enjoy in Lagos. Taking a lovely walk around the beaches or visiting Saint Vincent Cape to watch the sunset is also a great option. There are many things to do and see in Lagos. You must taste the traditional local cuisine. Fresh fish from the Atlantic Ocean is a delicacy and prepared in a very special manner. You can also take a boat ride bordering the coastline and it´s beaches or visit the very beautiful historic monuments. At night you can enjoy the lively nightlife and have a few drinks around the bars in the marina. Lagos is also an ideal location to practice aquatic sports like windsurf and kitesurf as well as go golfing or trekking.
