The complex is located right next to the lovely Aqua Park and 10 minutes walk from the lovely beaches of Sunny Beach in close proximity with our complex Nessebar Fort Club and Nessebar Fort Golf Club. The location of “Holiday Fort Golf Club” is very advantageous – it is just outside the overcrowded center of the resort and at the same time on walking distance from the magnificent beaches of Sunny Beach and the exciting night life in the resort. Garden area of the complex is colorful combination of natural plants and trees over more than 13 500m2. Owners will feel comfortable in cosy atmosphere of relax zone with water, rocky gardens and a view over the green areas. Advantage of the location of the complex is its close proximity to reserve 'Kalinata' . Nature lovers will enjoy the beautiful forest with walking lanes. A large range of restaurants,bars,clubs and childrens activities are within 10 minutes walk.

Fantastic Holiday!

Stayed here for one week and didnt want to leave. The newly buit aparment is very clean modern with six swimming pools catering for everyone. The beach and centre is within easy access 10-15min walk away where theyre are plenty of bars, shops, resturants to choose from tho the cafe in the complex makes a mean brekky! Highly recommended.

The appartments are brand-new and beautiful with terrace, and the environment is also very nice. Very cheap and comfortable for everyone. There are six different-sizes swimming-pools (for children too), restaurant, garden, shop in place. Aquapark is next to the appartments. The sandy beach is in 10-15 min. walking-distance. There are a lot of opportunities for relax and to have a good time. Sunny beach is beautiful, full of shops, bars, discos and sporty things. And Nessebar is in 5 km, which is a wonderful old town on a small island.

hello,

our days in your appartment was greatfull, its is nice and clean, a short way to the beach an another interessting places you can see. the pools in the complex are very nice too. we would come everytime again. when you will have a nice vagation, than take the appartment!!!
