Villa, two story semi detached, is set in walled garden with swimming pool 40m2, kiddies pool(inflatable), lawn, tiled terrace with garden furniture w/parasol, charcoal barbecue and summer kitchen. Property is situated in peaceful villa neighbourhood. Appliances incl. oven, induction top (4 pl), dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wash machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron. Ample supply of crockery, dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils. Bedding: 2 singles in every bedroom. Cot available. Bed linen and towels available (not beach towels). Gated parking for 2 cars. Village: Famous wine village of Rivesaltes with 8000 inh. situated 3 km off Motorway A9 / Main road D900. Distance to marvellous Mediterranean beaches (Leucate-Canet-Barcares-St.Cyprien) are 12-15 km. Rivealtes is a famous wine village with many wine makers (tasting) and purchase directly from cellars. Area is surrounded by vineyards with majestic Pyrenees in the background. Huge safari park and water park 20 min away. Activities: Tennis within walking distance. 8 golf courses within 1 hr (nearest 20 min). Hiking and Skiing (4 resorts 1-2hrs away) in the Pyrenees. Andorra 2hrs away with tax-free shopping. Spain ½ hr away; Museo Dali in Figueres is a must. Area is excellent for Bicycling. 6 restaurants within a 10-15 min walk.
