Rental notes:
Special rates for stays over 2 weeks. Changeovers are flexible as are check-in/checkout times as long as agreed in advance. 25% deposit is required upon booking, full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. We can accept payment by way of cheque, bank transfers in GBP & Euros. We will reserve your dates for three days with no obligation, to enable you to book flights. If you are unable to find any suitable flights, or you've simply changed your mind, just let us know and we'll release the dates. The property is maintained by a local English couple who are always on hand in the unlikely event you should have any problems. We will also ask for £100 as a security deposit to be sent with the balance payment. This will be refunded as soon as you return following confirmation from my housekeeper that no damage has occurred. The property will be cleaned and freshly laundered prior to arrival at no extra cost to the client. We do not make an additional charge for use of Air Conditioning

Skiing in the Troudos Mountains Cyprus is a wonderful island of contrasts. Where else could you ski in the morning and then be sunning yourself by the pool or on the beach in the afternoon? The snows on Mount Olympus are a fabulous way of spending a winter morning in the Ski Cyprus arena.
