We invite you to spend your holiday in central Italy in one of the most beautiful and impressive regions of Abruzzi, Torino di Sangro, between the Maiella Mountains and the natural beauty of the Adriatic Sea. The house has a friendly family atmosphere. It's only 300 m from the sea, on a hill with a panoramic view of 20 km of coast.

Information about your journey and your visit: Torino di Sangro, Contrada Lentesco 35. Take the motorway past Bologna, Rimini, Ancona, Pescara. Take the Val di sangro exit, about 35 km south of Pescara. After the toll, turn right onto the slip road to the SS 16. From there you drive by the sea-side, more or less following the old coastal road SS 16 in the direction of Foggia/Vasto. Do not be tempted to turn right, inwards to the country. After the through road past Torino di Sangro town marina (at the sea-side) drive 3 km further to an unremarkable cross roads (km-Stein SS 16 495). You'll see a blue sign pointing to C. da Lentesco on the right. Turn right and drive up the steep hill, bending right and left, and after about 200 m you'll reach the property enclosed in high white walls. Antonio Turacchio will be at your service during your stay.

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Jungs (14+15) drei unvergessliche Wochen in diesem traumhaft schönen und liebevoll gepflegten Haus mit Pool und Meerblick verbracht! Ein Ort der Ruhe und Muße - in einem paradiesisch angelegten Garten voller Früchte, Gemüse und Blumen...

Die Verschmelzung aus mediterraner Naturlandschaft, traumhaften Meerblick, absoluter Ruhe, europäischem Komfort, Sicherheit sowie die hohe Gastfreundlichkeit des Hausbesitzers führen zwangsläufig zu einem traumhaften Erholungsurlaub.

Erholsame Ferien in Traumlage

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 7/11) haben in diesem keinem Wunsch offen lassendem Haus 2 erholsame Wochen verbracht. Ruhe, strandnähe, liebevoll gepflegter Garten und nicht zu vergessen die Traumaussicht garantieren Urlaub von Anfang an. Antonio, der Vermieter war stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und vergessen sie nicht ihn nach seinen Weinen und anderen kulinarischen Angeboten zu fragen!
Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr reizvoll, selbst ein Tagesausflug nach Rom ist kein Problem.
Alles in allem eine Unterkunft die wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la casa Bellavista en août 2008. Très belle maison, bien entretenue; jardin et piscine avec vue sur la mer. Antonio et Lucia sont des propriétaires charmants et très accueillants.

Wir, fünf Personen, 5 / 24 / 32 / 49 / 55 Jahre jung, hatten das Glück hier eine Ferienwohnung zu finden, die unseren wie auch den beschriebenen Ansprüchen entsprach.

Gerne kommen wir wieder, da auch der Besitzer Herr Antonio des Anwesens sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und höflich war.
