This exceptionally appointed property has expansive views across open countryside down towards the sea. With its large terraces on both the ground and first floors there is plenty of space to appreciate the views. It is set in its own grounds with olive, apple, fig and grapefruit trees. Lovely 8m x 4m swimming pool with BBQ area. Pool open May to October. Set on the outskirts of the village of Magomadas, down a short unmade road and overlooking a peaceful valley, this makes an ideal property for a relaxing holiday but being only a 6/7 min drive from the historical town of Bossa and a 5min drive from the nearest beach, it is well located to take advantage of the best the area has to offer. Set in its own garden with various fruit trees there is no lack of space. It is an extremely well appointed property and we have tried to cater for every need. There is a cot and high chair available should it be required. There is also a small stone building in the garden that houses a games room.

Five minutes drive out of Bosa you will find the hill top village of Magomadas. The houses are built on the edge of a hill and there are some marvellous views of expansive countryside down to the sea. The village is quiet and typical of the area. Inhabited almost totally by locals, here you will find yourself immersed in village life. The area around the village is agricultural with many vineyards and olive groves. Two of the best reasons for paying a visit to this village is Trattoria Da Riccordo, one of the places to eat in the area, and almost opposite the restaurant is a Cantina, where you can try the local Malvasia wine, amongst others, of course trying a few before you buy. There is also a museum hidden away in the narrow backstreet's dedicated to the history of local wine production, it's traditions and methods.

  • Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
    Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after 4pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
