The original 1920 features have been retained and combined with modern luxuries to create an environment which celebrates living. The open plan layout offers stunning views of False Bay and the Kalk Bay Harbour. Tenants also have exclusive access to a private gym, swimming pool and off street parking with 24 hour security.
