The apartment is located in full district of Mercês in a typical and calm street, very much near to the cosmopolitan and cultural life of heart of Lisbon. Being a building centenary, it was totally rebuilt, maintaining the ancient moth. Equipped in a aim focused in the design and comfort with an exceptional light coming from the river view, the apartment provides appropriate conditions to 4 – 6 guests (with a couple bed and two sofa-bed). In 5 minutes on foot we are in the Praça das Flores, Príncipe Real, Miradouro de Santa Catarina, Bairro Alto or in the Chiado, in the restaurants of typical Portuguese gastronomy and in the bars and discotheques of the known night of the Bairro Alto (that you also find discreetly in close proximity to the house). In 15 minutes we are in the Baixa – central zone of commerce of the city, a combination of contemporary shops with traditional commerce - or on the opposite direction in the coffee bars terraces by the river.

Mercês is an ancient District of the city where magnificent palaces are mixed with dwellings of the people of the centuries XVIII and XIX, mixed the tranquility of a historical district surrounded by gardens and terraces with the proximity of the lisbon night and the cultural centre. Near the house (2 minutes) you can find all kind of local and tradicional commerce. Inside the house, positioned in the top of the hill, and turned for the edges of the Tagus, you can enjoy an extraordinary sight of the city and the river. Things that it will be able to like appreciating in detail: the breakfast in Praça das Flores garden, a walk in the Botanic Garden, a beer in Príncipe Real garden, the Bairro Alto of day and of night, the Portuguese kitchen, the typical Portuguese song (Fado), the São Jorge castle, Belém (the Tower, the Monastery, the garden and and the famous “Pastéis de Belém”), a walk in the Eléctrico 28, the travel of train along the coast up to Cascais or Sintra.
