Located, 5-7 minutes stroll to golf clubhouse/main squares of Pont Royal, offering a varied selection of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a lake, tennis, bikes, and a host of other activities all available at a small surcharge payable locally. The house provides everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday including a beautiful shared pool. 2 bedrooms both with twin beds. Main bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and vanity unit. Apartment style ground floor with hallway, toilet/cloaks, 2 double sofa's, flat screen TV/DVD, dining table with 4 chairs, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and all the utensils you will need. Outside there is a large terrace with table, 4 chairs and umbrella. There are stunning views overlooking the Luberon mountains from the terrace. Immediately outside the properties are designated parking bays for the sole use of the property.

Further afield the surrounding area can take in Isles Sur Sorge, Avingnon, Marseilles and for the nearest beach Cassis which is about one hour away.
