This very nice and comportable bungalow is situated in a green and quiet area at 10min. walk from town centre of Moraira. The great communal pool wit separate childrens pool and tennis court offers a great place for families with small children. It has a big terrace outside as well as a covered terrace, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The communal pool is in front of the bungalow and only used by the inhabitants of whom are many permanent and don't frequent the pool very much.

  • Bed linen and towels, electricity, gas and water costs are included in the rental price. Beds are made upon arrival.
    Optional: a linen and towel change once a week at 12 Euros p.p..
  • Administration and final cleaning costs of 80 Euros will be added to the rental price.
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date. On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00
